Website Basics
The Annual Website Basics plan is designed for businesses that need a professional online presence without advanced functionality. This plan includes one standard website or a single landing page and does not include online booking systems, e-commerce, memberships, customer portals, online payments, event registration, advanced automations, or other premium website features. If your business requires these capabilities, we recommend upgrading to our Website Pro Advantage plan.
The Website Basics plan includes up to 20 billable hours to design or redesign your website, creating a professional, mobile-friendly site tailored to your business, brand, and goals.
Your plan also includes one year of Wix website hosting and basic SEO setup, including page titles, meta descriptions, image optimization, and foundational on-page SEO to help improve your visibility in search engines.
To keep your website current, you’ll receive up to one hour of website updates each month for routine changes such as text edits, image replacements, service updates, pricing changes, or promotional updates. Monthly update time does not roll over. Additional work beyond the included hour is available at our standard hourly rate and will only be completed with your approval.
Throughout your annual plan, you’ll have direct access to KW Consulting & Design for website support and troubleshooting. When you have a question or need assistance, you’ll work with a real person who knows your website and your business, not a call center or ticket system.
All payments made toward the Website Basics plan are non-refundable.
Because each website is custom designed and built specifically for your business, work begins shortly after your project is scheduled. This includes planning, design, development, hosting, and other services that cannot be returned once provided.
If you cancel your plan before the end of the annual term, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for services already rendered, unused hosting, or any remaining portion of the plan.
Any additional costs incurred that are not covered by your plan, including approved work exceeding the included services or any outstanding balances, will be invoiced upon cancellation and are due within 30 days of the cancellation date.
