Kayla Williams founded KW Consulting & Design in 2014 after gaining experience in both the print and radio industries. Working closely with local businesses gave her a clear view of a common challenge: many small business owners understood the importance of professional marketing, but lacked the time, resources, or specialized knowledge to manage it effectively. Traditional agency services were also often beyond the budgets of startups and growing local businesses.

KW Consulting & Design was created to help close that gap. Over the past decade, Kayla has worked with dozens of small business owners and organizations providing practical marketing strategy, website design, branding, advertising, social media, graphic design, and creative support tailored to each business rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Today, that business has evolved into Compass Point Creative. Following a recent move to Connecticut, Kayla is expanding the company’s reach while continuing to serve businesses throughout New England. The new name reflects the company’s growth, but its purpose remains the same: to provide small businesses with professional, accessible creative and marketing support that makes owning and growing a business a little easier.
