AdSmart Advertising Management

Advertising costs are not included in this service.

Clients are responsible for funding their advertising accounts directly through the selected advertising platform (such as Meta or Google). Advertising budgets are paid directly to the platform and remain under the client’s ownership.

A 20% advertising management fee is charged based on your monthly advertising spend, with a minimum management fee of $99 per month. This fee covers campaign strategy, setup, optimization, monitoring, reporting, and ongoing management.

This plan includes up to 2 hours of management time per month. Additional work requested beyond the included time, including landing page development, graphic design outside campaign assets, website changes, extensive audience research, additional campaigns, or consultation, will be billed at our current hourly rate with client approval.

While we continuously optimize campaigns using industry best practices and real-time performance data, advertising results cannot be guaranteed. Performance depends on factors including budget, competition, audience behavior, offer quality, website performance, and platform algorithms.

Advertising management fees are non-refundable.

If your service is canceled, campaign management will cease on the cancellation date. Any approved work completed beyond the included monthly services, outstanding balances, or management fees incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced and are due within 30 days of the cancellation date.

Advertising funds paid directly to Meta, Google, or other advertising platforms are governed by each platform’s individual billing and refund policies and are not refundable through KW Consulting & Design.
