Clients are responsible for providing any necessary photos, business updates, promotions, pricing changes, or event information before the monthly content creation deadline. If no new content is provided, KW Consulting & Design will create content using available business information and industry best practices.

This service includes the creation and scheduling of 12 social media posts per month. Additional posts, reels, videos, stories, advertising campaigns, community management, photography, graphic design outside the monthly content plan, or copy revisions beyond the included scope may be billed separately.

Social media performance depends on many factors, including audience behavior, platform algorithms, advertising budgets, competition, and market conditions. While we use proven marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement, specific results such as follower growth, leads, or sales cannot be guaranteed.

Payments for Social Media Management are non-refundable. If your subscription is canceled, any completed or scheduled content created prior to cancellation remains billable. Any outstanding balances or approved work outside the scope of your monthly plan will be invoiced upon cancellation and are due within 30 days.
