Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All appointment-based services at KW Consulting and Design require full payment at the time of booking to secure your spot. This includes strategy sessions, consultations, design services, and any scheduled project work. Please note: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, or no-shows. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Missed appointments without prior notice will not be credited or refunded. Services begin only after all required information, content, or materials have been submitted. For design services, timelines and deliverables will be outlined in your custom quote. Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges. Professional printing costs (if applicable) are quoted separately and must be paid in full before processing. By booking an appointment or service with KW Consulting and Design, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
